Rock Art in the Alps - The Engraved Rocks of Carschenna


Schematic horses. Schematic horses and riding scenes are very important, because they permit to obtain a chronological value. In fact they are very similar to the Valcamonica ones of the first Iron Age. As we can see in the picture above, they cover concentric circles, and so they have been executed later.
